SUNVISOR Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Move the tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure below, detach the tab, and remove the sunvisor cap.

  3. Remove the screw.

  4. Move the sunvisor in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure below and detach the hook.
  5. Disconnect the vanity mirror illumination connector.
  6. Press the center adapter tabs in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure below using two tape-wrapped flathead screwdrivers.

  7. Remove the center adapter in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure below.
  8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
