DTC P2BF6:00 (PCM, VINs 7, L, M) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- If the input voltage at the PCM terminal 1P is less than 0.107 V for 5 s, the PCM determines that the exhaust shutter valve position sensor circuit has a malfunction.
Precondition
- Battery voltage: 8 V or more

| Fail-safe |
- PCM restricts engine torque.

| Possible cause |
- Exhaust shutter valve connector or terminals malfunction
- PCM connector or terminals malfunction
- Short to ground in exhaust shutter valve position sensor following circuits:
- Short circuit in exhaust shutter valve position sensor signal circuit and ground circuit
- Open circuit in exhaust shutter valve position sensor following circuits:
- Exhaust shutter valve position sensor (built-into exhaust shutter valve) malfunction
- PCM malfunction
