DTC U0423:82 [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Error signal received from instrument cluster
Detection condition	The vehicle control module (VCM) receives an error signal from the instrument cluster for 10 s.
