| 2 | VERIFY IF WINDSHIELD IS FOGGED OR DIRTY
|
Yes | Clear the fogging or remove the dirt from the windshield, then perform the repair completion verification. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 3 | VERIFY FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) LENS FOGGING OR SOILING
|
Yes | Clear the fogging or wipe off the soiling from the forward sensing camera (FSC) and perform the repair completion verification. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 4 | VERIFY AGAIN IF THERE IS FOG OR SOILING ON WINDSHIELD, FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Yes | Clear the fogging or remove the dirt from the windshield, forward sensing camera (FSC) lens, then go to the next step. |
| No | Go to repair completion verification 2. | ||
| 5 | INSPECT FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) FOR MALFUNCTION DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, replace the forward sensing camera (FSC) and perform the repair completion verification. (See FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |
| No | Go to repair completion verification 2. | ||
| Repair completion verification 1 | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE IS REPAIRED

Yes | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW (US) .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
