DTC B14F7:49 [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE - WITH PARKING ASSIST UNIT (OPTICAL)

System malfunction location Parking assist unit (optical) internal malfunction
Detection condition
  • The vehicle control module (VCM) detects a parking assist unit (optical) internal malfunction for 25 s.
Fail-safe (See DTC TABLE [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE (US)] .)
Possible cause
  • Parking assist unit (optical) malfunction
  • Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM))
