Cluster Switch Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Driver-side decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Partially peel back the seaming welt.

  4. Remove the bolt.
  5. Pull the driver-side lower panel in the direction of the arrow in the order of (1), (2) while detaching hook, clips and tab.

  6. Set the driver-side lower panel aside.
  7. Disconnect the connector.

  8. Remove the hooks in the direction of the arrow in the order of (1), (2) shown in the figure below.

  9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
