DTC B12B8:87 (CONNECTIVITY MASTER UNIT) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description	Communication Error With Auxiliary Jack/USB Port/SD Card Slot Hub
Detection condition	With the ignition switched ON (engine off or on), the connectivity master unit (CMU) cannot receive a signal from the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub for 10 s or more.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub connector or terminal malfunction Connectivity master unit (CMU) connector or terminal malfunction Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Connectivity master unit (CMU) terminal 5B-Auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub terminal 3B Connectivity master unit (CMU) terminal 5D-Auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub terminal 3D Auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub malfunction Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction
