Fuse Block Removal/Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:

    (1)Font scuff plate (LH) (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) (2)Front side trim (LH) (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) (3)LF control unit (with advanced keyless entry system) (See LF CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

  3. Remove all the fuses.
  4. Remove the bolt.

  5. Remove the fuse block clip from the body.
  6. Remove the cover.

  7. Disconnect the connector.

  8. Set the removed fuse block aside so that it does not scratch the vehicle and parts.
