Continuity Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION ).
Remove the service hole cover. (See FUEL TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Disconnect the fuel pump unit connector.
Inspect for continuity between fuel pump unit terminals A-B.

If there is no continuity, replace the fuel pump unit. (See FUEL PUMP UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
