Keyless Beeper Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the wiper arm and blad. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Disconnect the connector.

  5. Pull the keyless buzzer in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure while pressing the keyless buzzer tab in the direction of the arrow (1) shown in the figure, detach the keyless buzzer tab and bracket, and then remove the keyless buzzer from the bracket.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
