Stator Removal/Installation Note

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Disconnect the magnetic clutch connector.
Remove the bolts A, B and C.
Loose bolt D approx. 2 mm {0.08 in} .
Tilt the A/C compressor centered around bolt D.

Remove the screw.
