DTC U3003-17; Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) Control Module: Notes

DETECTION CONDITION & POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description Blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module high power supply voltage input (15.608 V or more)
Detection condition
  • Blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module power supply voltage of 15.608 V or more is detected for 5 s or more.
Fail-safe
  • Blind spot monitoring (BSM) system is stopped.
Possible cause
  • DTCs are stored in the PCM.
  • Battery malfunction
  • Generator malfunction
  • Blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module mal function
