Oil Pump Driven Sprocket Installation Note

1. Align the marks on each sprocket and the oil pump chain.

2. While pressing the oil pump chain in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, install the oil pump driven sprocket.

3. While locking the oil pump against rotation as shown in the figure, tighten the oil pump driven sprocket installation bolt.

Tightening torque 

Black bolt: 20-30 N.m {2.1-3.0 kgf.m, 15-22 ft.lbf}

Silver bolt: 26-36 N.m {2.7-3.6 kgf.m, 20-26 ft.lbf}
