TCM Removal/Installation
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
CAUTION:
- Do not impact or touch the projection on the back of the TCM. Otherwise, the TCM may not operate normally.
- Do not allow foreign material or water to penetrate the connector. Otherwise, it could cause poor contact and corrosion.
- Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the battery. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
- Remove the battery tray. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
- Remove in the order shown in the figure.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.PART DESCRIPTION
