DTC P1783:00 (FS5A-EL) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

DTC P1783:00	ATF high oil temperature malfunction
DETECTION CONDITION	Under the following conditions, ATF temperature is 149.5°C {301.1°F} or more TFT sensor related DTC is not recorded TFT sensor voltage is 0.12 V or more Diagnostic support note The check engine light does not illuminate. The automatic transaxle warning light illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle. PENDING CODE is not available. FREEZE FRAME DATA is not available. The DTC is stored in the TCM memory.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION	Inhibits feedback control
POSSIBLE CAUSE	High engine load drive (Driving a steep gradient at a low speed.) Deteriorated ATF Insufficient or excess level of ATF TCM malfunction
