Accessory Socket Inspection: Front
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the center console box. (See CENTER CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the console panel. (See CONSOLE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the accessory socket. (See ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect the tester as shown in the figure and verify that there is continuity.
- If the continuity cannot be verified, replace the accessory socket.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the accessory socket. (See ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect the tester as shown in the figure and verify that there is continuity.
- If the continuity cannot be verified, replace the accessory socket.
