Heated Outer Mirror Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Front door trim Refer to FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Outer mirror glass Refer to OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL .) Refer to OUTER MIRROR GLASS INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the continuity between heated outer mirror connector terminals is as indicated in the table.

- If not as indicated in the table, replace the power outer mirror. Refer to POWER OUTER MIRROR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
