Clearance Inspection: 2WD

Remove the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor.
Measure the distance between the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor installation surface and the ABS sensor rotor. This is dimension A.

Calculate the clearance between the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor and the ABS sensor rotor using the following formula:
- Clearance (mm) = A-14 {0.55}
Verify that the clearance between the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor and ABS sensor rotor is as indicated below.
- If not within the specification, replace the rear ABS wheel-speed sensor. (See REAR ABS WHEEL-SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
