Back-Up Light Switch Removal/Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  2. Remove the air cleaner component. (ex: air cleaner, air hose) (Refer to INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    2 Back-up light switch
    3 Gasket
