Fuse Block Removal/Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Front scuff plate (LH) (refer to FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Front side trim (LH) (refer to FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. LF control unit (with advanced keyless entry system) (refer to LF CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove all the fuses.
  4. Cut the bands shown in the figure.

  5. Remove the bolt.

  6. Remove the fuse block clip from the body.
  7. Set the removed fuse block aside so that it does not scratch the vehicle and parts.
