Keyless Receiver Removal/Installation: 5HB

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Trunk covering (Refer to TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Trunk board (Refer to TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Trunk end trim (Refer to TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Rear seat cushion (Refer to REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    5. Rear scuff plate (RH) (Refer to REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    6. Tire house trim (RH) (Refer to TIRE HOUSE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    7. Rear package tray (Refer to REAR PACKAGE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    8. Trunk side upper trim (RH) (Refer to TRUNK SIDE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    9. C-pillar trim (RH) (Refer to C-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Disconnect the connector.

  4. Remove the bolt.
  5. Remove the keyless receiver.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
