Forward Obstruction Warning (FOW) System

  1. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).
  2. Select [Settings] on the center display.
  3. Select [Safety] on the center display.
  4. Select [Forward Obstruction Warning] on the center display.
  5. Select an item name, and then select option.

    Mode The operation of forward obstruction warning (FOW) system can be turned off. On On/Off Vehicle control module (V/C-Module)
    Warning Distance The operation distance for the warning function can be changed. Near Near/Far Vehicle control module (V/C-Module)
    Volume The volume of the FOW warning alarm can be changed. High High/Low/Off Instrument cluster
    Reset Returns the setting content of the forward obstruction warning (FOW) system to the initial setting. No No/Yes Vehicle control module (V/C-Module)
