Magnetic Compressor Clutch Inspection
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
- Remove the front under cover No. 2. (See FRONT UNDER COVER NO. 2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect battery to terminal A of magnetic clutch and ground to A/C compressor body.
- Verify that the magnetic clutch operates.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the magnetic clutch. (See MAGNETIC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY .)
