Instrumentation/Driver Info. Personalization Features Setting Procedure
- Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
- After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initial screen of the M-MDS.
- When using the IDS (laptop PC)
- Select the "Module Programming".
- When using the PDS (Pocket PC)
- Select the "Programming".
- Select the "Module Programming".
- When using the IDS (laptop PC)
- Then, select items from the screen menu in the following order.
- Select "Programmable Parameters".
- Select "Warning Lamps/Chimes".
- Select an item name, and then select option.
Items
- Driver Beltminder Status (Disabled/Enabled)
- Passenger Beltminder Status (Disabled/Enabled)
- RHT Buzzer (Disabled/Enabled)
- Fuel logic (Disabled/Enabled)CAUTION:
- The M-MDS screen displays the following items, however, do not change the setting. If the setting is changed, a difference occurs between the instrument cluster indication and actual fuel level leading to unexpected fuel shortage.
- Fuel Meter Response Setting (Level 1-Level 16)
- The M-MDS screen displays the following items, however, do not change the setting. If the setting is changed, a difference occurs between the instrument cluster indication and actual fuel level leading to unexpected fuel shortage.
