Resistance Inspection
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] ).
- Remove the plug hole plate. (See PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Disconnect the fuel injector connector.
- Inspect the resistance between fuel injector terminals A and B.
Fuel injector resistance
1.74-2.04 ohms [20 °C {68 °F}]
- If not within the specification, replace the fuel injector. (See FUEL INJECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
