DTC B108B:29 [Advanced Keyless Entry And Push Button Start System]: Notes

DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

DETECTION CONDITION  Mismatch state of push button start 1 and 2
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  • Connector or terminal malfunction
  • Short to ground in wiring harness between push button start terminal A and keyless control module terminal 2J
  • Short to ground in wiring harness between push button start terminal B and keyless control module terminal 2K
  • Short to power supply in wiring harness between push button start terminal A and keyless control module terminal 2J
  • Short to power supply in wiring harness between push button start terminal B and keyless control module terminal 2K
  • Push button start malfunction
  • Open circuit in wiring harness between push button start terminal A and keyless control module terminal 2J
  • Open circuit in wiring harness between push button start terminal B and keyless control module terminal 2K
  • Keyless control module malfunction
