Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor Removal/Installation - Hybrid: Installation

install a 6 mm x 18 mm bolt through the crankshaft pulley and thread it into the front cover.
CAUTION:
- Only hand-tighten the bolt or damage to the front cover can occur.

Install the CKP sensor and the 2 bolts.
- Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

Adjust the CKP sensor with the Crankshaft Sensor Aligner.
- Tighten the 2 bolts to 7 N.m {0.7 kgf.m, 62 in.lbf}.

Connect the CKP sensor electrical connector.
Remove the 6 mm x 18 mm bolt from the crankshaft pulley.
Install the engine plug bolt.
- Tighten to 20 N.m {2.0 kgf.m, 177 in.lbf}.
Install the RH splash shield, 5 bolts and the pin-type retainer (not shown in illustration).
