Exterior Mirror Glass Removal/Installation: Installation
- If equipped, connect the electrical connectors to the mirror glass.
- Install the lower exterior mirror glass onto the exterior mirror motor.
- Position the exterior glass upward.
- Place a hand against the back of the exterior mirror and a hand flat against the upper exterior mirror glass. Press the glass in place until it is fully seated.WARNING:
- Place a shop towel between the hands and the exterior mirror glass for protection in case of glass breakage during mirror service. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.
