Resistance Inspection

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the extension manifold. (Refer to the INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [13B-MSP] in appropriate Intake-Air System (13B-MSP) .)
3. Disconnect the fuel injector connector.
4. Measure the resistance between terminals A and B of the fuel injector.

• If not within the specification, replace the fuel injector. (See FUEL INJECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
• If as specified, carry out the "Circuit Open/Short Inspection ".
