DTC P0107:00: Notes
DTC P0107:00 (L3 WITH TC) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE
| DTC P0107:00 |
MAP sensor circuit low input |
| DETECTION CONDITION |
- The PCM monitors input voltage from the MAP sensor. If the input voltage is below 0.10 V for 5 s
, the PCM determines that the MAP sensor circuit has a malfunction.
Diagnostic support note
- This is a continuous monitor (CCM).
- MIL illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA (Mode 2)/Snapshot data is available.
- DTCs are stored in the PCM memory.
|
| POSSIBLE CAUSE |
- MAP/boost air temperature sensor connector or terminals malfunction
- MAP sensor malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between MAP/boost air temperature sensor terminal C and PCM terminal 2AU
- PCM connector or terminals malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between MAP/boost air temperature sensor terminal C and PCM terminal 2AU
- Short to ground in wiring harness between MAP/boost air temperature sensor terminal D and PCM terminal 2AG
- MAP sensor signal circuit and ground circuit are shorted to each other
- PCM malfunction
