Hood Latch Switch Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the hood latch. (See HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Press the latch in using a flathead screwdriver to inspect the fetch fever condition.

Verify that the continuity is as indicated in the table.
