Auto Light/Wiper Control Module Removal/Installation

CAUTION:

• When replacing the auto light/wiper control module, the configuration procedure must be performed before removing the auto light/wiper control module. Replacing the auto light/wiper control module without performing the configuration procedure will result in system malfunction.

NOTE:

• Auto light-off system are integrated with the auto light/wiper control module.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the dashboard under cover (Driver side). (See DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Remove the nut.
4. Disconnect the connectors.
5. Remove the auto light/wiper control module.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
7. Perform the auto light/wiper control module configuration when replacing it. (See AUTO LIGHT/WIPER CONTROL MODULE CONFIGURATION .)
