Interlock Cable Inspection

Disconnect the interlock cable from the selector lever component.
Switch the ignition to ON.

Verify that the interlock cable moves smoothly when the brake pedal is depressed.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the interlock cable. (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
