Clock Switch Inspection

Clock switch

NOTE:

Clock switch built with the hazard warning switch.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the clock switch. (See HAZARD WARNING SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

Verify continuity and resistance between the clock switch terminals.

If the continuity and resistance is not as specified, replace the clock switch.

Between the terminal E-G resistance.

Connect the positive battery to the clock switch terminal A, the negative battery to the clock switch terminal H.
Verify the LED illuminates.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the clock switch.
