Liftgate Latch And Lock Actuator Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3] .)
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Remove the liftgate trim. (See LIFTGATE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Remove the bolts, then remove the liftgate latch and lock actuator
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal. 6.9-9.8 n.3
