Slide Motor Inspection

  1. Disconnect the slid motor connector.
  2. Apply battery positive voltage to the slide motor terminals and inspect the slide motor operation
    • If not as specified, replace the slide adjuster.
    MOTOR OPERATION CONNECTION

    Motor operation Connection
    B+ GND
    Forward 2B 2A
    Backward 2A 2B
  3. Connect the slide motor connector.
  4. Measure the slide motor terminal 1C waveform during motor operation using the oscilloscope.
    TERMINALS VOLTAGE CHART

    Condition Voltage (V)
    High output 4.8 or more
    Low output 1.0 or less
    • If not as specified, replace the slide adjuster.
