Selector Lever Component Removal/Installation: Notes

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts.
    1. Battery and battery tray
    2. Air cleaner component (See INTAKE AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[L3 WITH TC] ).
    3. Selector lever knob
    4. Center console
    5. Driver side under panel
    6. Accelerator pedal (See ACCELERATOR PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[L3 WITH TC] ).
  3. Remove in the order shown in the figure.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
