Selector Lever Component Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the center console.
  3. Remove the dashboard completely. (See DASHBOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  4. Disconnect the selector lever component connector.
  5. Inspect for continuity at the selector lever component.
    • If there is any malfunction, adjust the selector cable. (See SELECTOR CABLE ADJUSTMENT ).
