Airflow Mode Main Link Removal/Installation: Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Detach the hood release lever from the lower panel. (See HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the front scuff plate (LH). (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the front side trim (LH). (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the lower panel. (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the shower duct (LH).
- Remove the airflow mode actuator, (full-auto air conditioner) (See AIRFLOW MODE ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the airflow mode wire, (manual air conditioner) (See CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL [MANUAL AIR CONDITIONER] .)
- Remove the airflow mode rod.
- Remove the airflow mode main link.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- Adjust the airflow mode wire, (manual air conditioner) (See CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT WIRE ADJUSTMENT .)
