Ignition Switch Removal/Installation: Notes

  1. Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3] ).
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Remove the meter hood. (See METER HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  4. Remove the column cover. (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
