Door Glass Removal/Installation

Position the door glass so that the distance between the top of the front door glass and top of the front belt line molding is 110 mm {4.33 in} .

Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LF] .)
Remove the door trim. (See DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the door unit. (See DOOR UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the glass stopper.

Remove the nuts attaching door glass to regulator.

Lift the door glass up, then remove it while tilting it in the direction of the arrow.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Adjust the door glass. (See DOOR GLASS ADJUSTMENT .)
