Front Climate Control Unit Inspection: Notes

  1. Slide out the front climate control unit with the connectors still connected. (See FRONT CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL )
  2. Measure the voltage at each front climate control unit terminal and refer to the TERMINAL VOLTAGE TABLE .
  3. Disconnect the front climate control unit connector before inspecting for continuity at terminal D.
    • If there is any malfunction, inspect the parts listed under "Inspection item(s)" and the related wiring harnesses.
      • If the parts and wiring harnesses under "Inspection item(s)" are found to be normal, replace the front climate control unit.
