Power Windows Inoperative (All)

SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART - POWER WINDOWS INOPERATIVE

PINPOINT TEST 1		POWER WINDOWS ARE INOPERATIVE (ALL)
STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	CHECK LB/B CIRCUIT FOR VOLTAGE TO THE DRIVER POWER WINDOW SWITCH Key OFF. Disconnect driver power window switch connector 0912-201. Key ON. Measure the voltage between driver power window switch connector 0912-201 pin 2 circuit LB/B, harness side and ground. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?	Yes	Go to step 3.
1		No	Go to step 2.
2	CHECK LB/B CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN Key OFF. Disconnect SJB connector J-2280c. Measure the resistance between driver power window switch connector 0912-201 pin 2 circuit LB/B), harness side and SJB connector J-2280c pin 20 circuit LB/B, harness side. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	See SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART - STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES .
2		No	Repair LB/B wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation.
3	CHECK B CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN Measure the resistance between driver power window switch connector 0912-201 pin 5 B, harness side and ground. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Replace the power window main switch. See POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION . Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation.
3		No	Repair B wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation.
