CHECK RIGHT POWER WINDOW FUNCTION
- Key ON.
- Operate the right power window using the power window main switch.
- Does the passenger power window operate correctly?

Yes |
Go to step 2. |
| No |
Go to step 4. |

CHECK FOR VOLTAGE TO RIGHT POWER WINDOW SWITCH
- Key OFF.
- Disconnect right power window switch connector 0912-202.
- Key ON.
- Measure the voltage between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 3 circuit LB/B, harness side and ground.
- Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes |
Replace the right power window switch. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |
| No |
Go to step 3. |
| 3 |
CHECK LB/B CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN
- Key OFF.
- Disconnect SJB connector J-2280c.
- Measure the resistance between SJB connector J-2280c pin 16 circuit LB/B, harness side and right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 3 circuit LB/B, harness side.
- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes |
Go to step 9. |
| No |
Repair LB/B wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |

CHECK RIGHT POWER WINDOW SWITCH FOR AN OPEN
- Key OFF.
- Disconnect right power window switch connector 0912-202.
- Connect a fused (15A) jumper wire between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 1 circuit Y/R and pin 2 circuit T/LB.
- Connect a fused (15A) jumper wire between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 4 circuit W/Y and pin 5 circuit R/Y.
- Key ON.
- Operate the right power window with the power window main switch.
- Does the right power window operate?

Yes |
Replace right power window switch. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |
| No |
Go to step 5. |
| 5 |
CHECK T/LB CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN
- Key OFF.
- Disconnect driver power window switch connector 0912-201.
- Measure the resistance between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 2 T/LB, harness side and driver power window switch connector 0912-201 pin 6 circuit T/LB.
- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes |
Go to step 6. |
| No |
Repair T/LB wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |

CHECK Y/R CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN OR A SHORT TO GROUND
- Disconnect right power window motor connector 0912-203.
- Measure the resistance between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 1 circuit Y/R, harness side and right power window motor connector 0912-203 pin 1 circuit Y/R, harness side.
- Measure the resistance between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin circuit 1 Y/R, harness side and ground.
- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between connectors, and greater than 10K ohms to ground?

Yes |
Go to step 7. |
| No |
Repair Y/R wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |

CHECK W/Y CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN
- Measure the resistance between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 4 circuit W/Y, harness side and driver power window switch connector 0912-201 pin 3 circuit W/Y, harness side.
- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes |
Go to step 8. |
| No |
Repair W/Y wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |

CHECK R/Y CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN OR A SHORT TO GROUND
- Measure the resistance between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin circuit 5 R/Y, harness side and right power window motor connector 0912-203 pin 2 circuit R/Y, harness side.
- Measure the resistance between right power window switch connector 0912-202 pin 5 circuit R/Y, harness side and ground.
- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between connectors, and greater than 10K ohms to ground?

Yes |
Replace the right power window motor. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |
| No |
Repair R/Y wire. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |

CHECK SMART JUNCTION BOX (SJB) FOR CORRECT OPERATION
- Key OFF.
- Disconnect all the SJB connectors.
- Check for:
- corrosion
- pushed-out pins
- Connect all the SJB connectors and make sure they are seated correctly.
- Operate the system and verify the concern is still present.
- Is the concern still present?

Yes |
Replace the SJB. See SMART JUNCTION BOX (SJB) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |
| No |
The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by a loose or corroded connector. Clear the DTCs. Test the system for normal operation. |
