Fuel Pump Control System Inspection

Crank the engine and verify that fuel pump relay operation sound is heard.
If operation sound is not heard, inspect the following:
- Fuel pump relay
- Wiring harness and connectors (Main relay - fuel pump relay - PCM terminal 95^*1 , 4Q^*2 )
