Climate Control Unit Installation

  1. Pass each wire through the following routes and connect to A/C unit.

  2. Connect the climate control unit connectors.

  3. Install the climate control unit.
  4. Adjust the climate control unit wires. (See CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT WIRE ADJUSTMENT  .)
  5. Install the following parts:
    1. Center panel module (See CENTER PANEL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Ashtray panel (See CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. PJB and PJB bracket. (See PASSENGER JUNCTION BOX (PJB) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. PJB wiring harness clamp to the dashboard
    5. Glove compartment (See GLOVE COMPARTMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    6. Decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    7. Lower panel (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    8. Front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    9. Front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    10. Hood release lever to the lower panel (See HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
