Resistance Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the fuel pump resistor. (See FUEL PUMP RESISTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the continuity between the fuel pump resister terminal A and B is within the specification.

- If not within the specification, replace the fuel resistor.
