EGR Valve Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the air cleaner.
  3. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
  4. Disconnect the EGR pipe
  5. Remove in the order indicted in the illustration.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
