Seat Front - Bucket Disassembly/Assembly: Assembly

Seats with manual lumbar

1. Install the lumbar support assembly.
   1. Install the lumbar support. Attach the lumbar to the guide wires.
   2. Install and hook the lumbar adjusting cable.
   3. Flex the lumbar support.
   4. Hook the lumbar support cable.
   5. Install the tie strap.

   All seats 

2. Install the backrest trim cover and the backrest foam pad.

3. Install the hog rings and secure the hook and loop strips.

4. Attach the backrest J-clip.
5. Install the affected seat backrest assembly. See SEAT BACKREST FRONT - BUCKET AND 40 PERCENT BENCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  .
6. Install the affected seat. See SEAT BUCKET FRONT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  .
7. Repower the SRS. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
