Continuity Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the starter interlock switch connector.
  3. Inspect for continuity between terminals of the starter interlock switch using an ohmmeter. See Fig 1 .
  4. If there is not continuity between terminals of the starter interlock, replace the starter interlock switch.
